Sometimes you don’t need a full coaching plan, you just need fast, focused solutions without wasting time. In a 45 minute Zoom call, we’ll tackle whatever’s on your mind: nutrition tweaks, supplement confusion, sleep hacks, or just building a smarter plan. You’ll leave with a personalized summary and if you join a coaching plan within 7 days, the call fee applies toward your first month. I’ll have you fill out a short intake form ahead of time so I can maximize the value of our session.
